AGA EVI The name means The
Gentleman’s or Headman’s House. It was the most important house in the
village in the Ottoman times.
It is a large beautifully restored old Ottoman farm house, with its own
private swimming pool. It is set on the lower slopes of the Besparmak
range in the little village of Incesu. Approximately a mile and a half
away from the main coast road between Girne and Lapta it is convenient
for the small shops and the restaurants in Alsancak and the lovely
beaches to the west of Girne.
Traditionally furnished in the Cypriot style with antiques it also is a
comfortable family home for its young British owners. It has an
authentic Cyprus atmosphere, but losing none of the comforts and
relaxation you will require from your holiday home.
There are three bedrooms, two with twin beds in each. The main bedroom
has a stunning four poster complete with hangings. There is a large
hall/landing upstairs which is beautifully furnished and with its many
windows is a lovely place to sit and look at the view from the many
windows or from the small balcony. There is a modern bathroom and toilet
upstairs. The lovely sitting room has a stone fireplace for those cooler
spring and autumn evenings, there are board games and books in the
cupboards for your amusement. The large farmhouse style kitchen is
