Chevali is a newly built villa, with a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and air conditioned. with private swimming pool. It is very conveniently located in Alsancak not far from the main coast road near to the “Golden Lady” statue. Set at the edge of a ravine it has beautiful views of the mountain and the sea. Chevali has professionally landscaped gardens. The bungalow style house is `U` shaped with the pool fitting into the centre of the `U`. The house is very nicely and comfortably furnished with squashy sofas in the large, spacious lounge. There is a large fireplace, TV with video and DVD player and JVC music centre. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with gas hob, separate oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is a small balcony off the kitchen with steps down to the garden for breakfast in the shade of the house and a view of the mountain. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room and dressing room. There is a large double bed and windows on all sides with doors out to the eastern balcony. The two other bedrooms both have twin single beds with the family bathroom nearby. The large entrance hall has a third shower room and toilet and stairs up to a small balcony with BBQ facilities. This is a lovely place to enjoy the views and the sunset over the mountain.
