Bellavilla is a newly built luxury villa
located on the lower slopes of the Bellapais village with its
beautiful Bellapais Abbey (a wonderful setting for many music
concerts). It is just 3 km from Kyrenia with its picturesque
horseshoe ancient harbour and castle. This is considered to be the
most beautiful harbour in the Mediterranean and is surrounded by
restaurants and bars.
Bellavilla was completed
in 2003, sleeps up to 6 people (2 extra can be accommodated on a
sofa bed) and has superb uninterrupted sea and mountain views. It
is in a central yet quiet location which makes it ideal for chilling
out or for exploring beautiful North Cyprus with its ancient sites
and unspoiled beaches.
The villa is extremely
well equipped and is stylishly and comfortable furnished and has a
landscaped garden and a 10x5m private swimming pool.

- Large lounge with
air conditioning also has a working log burning fireplace and
access to a large balcony and patio. There is satellite TV and
DVD and a stereo system. There is also a double sofa bed when
required.
- The kitchen is also
air conditioned and is extensively equipped with built-in oven,
separate gas hob, microwave, fridges and a freezer, washing
machine, drinking water cooler/dispenser, dishwasher, toaster,
electric kettle, iron and board.
- A separate dining
area is also air conditioned and seats 8.
- A mobile pay as you
go phone is provided for the use of guests
- The terrace areas at
the side of the villa have outside dining furniture and overlook
the private swimming pool which has a large sundeck with sunbeds
and parasols. The pool is 0.70 at the shallow end and 1.60 m
at the deepest making it suitable for all ages and abilities.
- The landscaped
gardens surround the villa and feature a built in barbecue
