Villa Cankaya and Villa Doluca are spacious, newly built and next
door to each other. Not far from the road up to Bellapais they both
have wonderful sea and mountain views.
There are three bedrooms
in each villa, two rooms up on the first floor and the third bedroom
is on the ground floor. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities
and a family bathroom with full bath upstairs and a shower room
downstairs.
The large beautifully
equipped kitchen has gas hob and electric oven, there is a
dishwasher and large fridge freezer and the washing machine etc is
in the utility room.
The open plan lounge and
dining room has a table to seat six and comfortable sofas. There is
an open fireplace.
The north wall is almost
all glass to give wonderful sea views. You can walk straight from
the lounge out to the pool deck with its large areas for sunbathing
and lovely pool.
The newly planted gardens
are designed for maximum privacy. Doluca and Cankaya can be booked
separately or together dependent on availability.
