                                    A brand new, 3 bedroomed bungalow with full size private swimming pool. Now complete and newly furnished.  Sattelite TV, radio/cd player and the use of a pay as you go phone.

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned with a double bed in the master bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom has a full size bath and shower fittings. Two other bedrooms with twin beds in each.  All the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps

The fully fitted, large open plan kitchen and dining room is well equipped with full size electric oven and gas hob, large frig/freezer and washing machine and dishwasher and microwave . The dining room table seats 6.  There are two large sofas in the lounge, ceiling fan and music cd/player and satellite TV with lots of English speaking channels and a fireplace and also a mobile gas heater for winter.   Patio doors from the lounge and also from the master bedroom lead out onto the pool deck which is on the same level.  There is a built in barbecue grill on the patio and chairs, sunloungers and tables and sun umbrellas.

Chakdara is built on a small estate of eight houses within just 5 minutes walk from the Korfez Beach.  This has a small restaurant and all facilities and is a lovely sandy beach.  You can walk down to the sea and follow the coast round to the Huzur Omer Shrine and beach. Less than a mile away is Diana Beach with water sports and sailing.  Chakdara is just 400 yds from the main coast road with its bus route, and there are several English and Turkish restaurants within walking distance.  It is only 5 miles from Kyrenia with the famous horseshoe harbour and  Castle.
