This is a spacious, fourth floor 2 bedroomed apartment with private elevator.

The lounge/dining room is spacious and airy with fantastic sea views across the busy harbour scene.  It is comfortably furnished and also has satellite TV with many English speaking channels, DVD, CD and Video players.  There is also a large woodburning fireplace.  The room has large patio doors on two sides giving panoramic views and access to the very large patio and terrace gardens with table chairs, sofas and loungers to sit out and enjoy the sea view to the north and the mountains to the south.  There is also a large gas BBQ unit to enjoy the long warm summer evenings dining under the Mediterranean stars.

The Penthouse is very comfortably furnished to a good standard with many pictures, books, lamps etc,  All the windows have new shutters for coolness and all are curtained. 

There is a guest WC with handbasin situated between the kitchen and dining room.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, mirror and dressing shelf and an armchair.  It is ensuite with full size bath, bidet.  There are patio doors leading out to the main patio terrace with its views over the sea all the way to Turkey 40 miles away.  There is a newly fitted sun awning, electronic and remote control can be drawn across in seconds to protect the bedroom from the heat of the sun, the bedroom does have air conditioning.

The second bedroom also is also air conditioned and has its own full size en suite bathroom.  There are large size, twin single beds in here with mirror and dressing shelf, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables and lamps.  There are patio doors out to the south terrace with spectacular mountain views.

All of the penthouse has new shutters to the windows and is surrounded by terraces with walled garden boxes full of flowers and plants.

The penthouse is situated on the fourth floor of an apartment block in a residential area near to the New Harbour.

There are many restaurants, cafes and bars within a few minutes walk.  Oscar Resort is only 4-5 minutes walk away with its many attractions  –Water Park Rides, beach, indoor as well as an outdoor seawater pool, gym, massage, sauna etc.  There is also a casino there too.  It is only 10 minutes walk into Kyrenia itself.
