Patches is a first floor luxury apartment on a managed estate in the centre of Girne (Kyrenia). The Palmiye Estate is well maintained with a very large, communal swimming pool and spacious gardens and children’s play areas. There is a café next to the pool. The famous Kyrenia horse shoe shaped harbour with its castle and many restaurants and cafes` and Kyrenia “high street” is just 3-4 minutes walk away. The apartment has two fully furnished bedrooms and a third study room has a bed settee installed for extra guests. Patches has been only recently acquired by the present owners and is newly furnished throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and the main bedroom have doors out to balconies. There is a washing machine, a full size cooker and there are air conditioning units throughout.
