COBO is a brand new 4 bedroom, 2 storey villa set in a stunning location very near to the sea.  It is situated on the outskirts of Karsiyaka which is 10 to 12 miles from Kyrenia.  It is as near to the sea as you can get in North Cyprus, just 2-3 minute walk down to a sandy cove.  There are magnificent wide open views along the coast to the west all the way to the Turkish Coast to the north.  The terrace and swimming pool are the place to watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountain and sea.

The villa is furnished in a cool “beachy” style with hand made individually designed furniture.  The fitted kitchen has gas hob and electric oven and has washing machine, dishwasher, drinks dispenser etc.

The lounge has a fireplace, bookshelves, comfortable seating and satellite TV with lots of English speaking channels.  There are patio doors out to the terrace, dining tables indoors and out on the terrace.  Just 2 steps down to the large swimming pool where there are sunloungers and umbrellas.

There are 2 king size beds and 4 single beds in the 4 bedrooms all of which are upstairs with ensuite and family bathroom provided.  There is also another shower room downstairs.

There is air-conditioning and also central heating from the gas boiler.

Cobo is a wonderfully private house with its clear views and almost no other houses in sight from the terrace and pool.
