   Situated to the west of Lower Lapta with its many restaurants, hotels and beaches.

  The house is built on one level and is n shaped with the private swimming pool in the centre.  There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and the main bedroom is en-suite and also has a separate dressing room The bedrooms all have their own balconies and access to the pool in the courtyard. They are air-conditioned.  There are two bathrooms and a guest WC in the property.

    The very large lounge has patio doors both to the courtyard with the pool and to the terrace and gardens overlooking the sea.  It has a large stone fireplace. There is TV, DVD and CD player and air conditioning.

     The kitchen is fully fitted with toaster, kettle, electric oven and gas hob and there is also a washing machine, iron etc.

    The professionally landscaped gardens have lighting and seating areas, patios leading from the pool to the garden

    Upstairs is a sun deck with a built in traditional barbecue & chimney.  The views from here are simply stunning with the sea almost a stones throw away to the north and the views of the Besparmak (pronounced beshparmak) mountains all around the house.  What better place for leisurely eating while watching the sun go down, perhaps a glass in hand to toast the end of the day too!
