A three bedroomed, two storey villa with a private pool.  It is in the quiet, seaside village of Karsiyaka approximately 8 miles from Kyrenia.

Recently built and newly furnished the villa is on a small residential estate.  Set among ancient olive groves.  There are magnificent views of sea and mountains from the gardens, terraces and balconies of Zeytin Villa.

Just 2-3 minutes walk away is the magnificent new Vaha Spa establishment where you can pamper yourself with spa baths and luxurious treatments and have a truly special meal in the restaurant.

It is only a few minutes walk down the lane between the olive groves to the main road to Lapta and Kyrenia along which there are frequent buses and dolmuş.  There are quiet beaches just a few minutes drive away and also the fabulous managed beaches such as Sunset, Camelot and Escape with their many facilities such as water sports, boat rides, diving etc are only 5-10 minutes drive away.

Zeytin Villa (the name means olive in Turkish), is a very large spacious family home.  It is built in open plan style with the fully fitted kitchen and dining room leading through to the lounge with its satellite TV and DVD player.  There is a large air conditioning unit and also an open fire.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc.  There is a full size electric oven and gas hob.  An automatic washing machine, iron and board are also provided.

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes.  One bedroom with twin single beds is on the ground floor and there is a shower room with W.C on this floor too.   Upstairs is another twin bedded room and a family shower room.

The master bedroom is en suite and has a double bed and also has a large upholstered day bed suitable for a child to sleep on.

The pool is checked twice weekly by the pool company and is shallow with steps at one end and deeper at the other end.  It is surrounded by patio and there are many high quality sunbeds, chairs, umbrellas and tables.
