We now look after several semi-detached villas in this beautiful complex which is situated on the quiet back road between Ozankoy and Catalkoy this is a small estate of 12 houses, each in their own garden. The houses are set around a 12.6m x 6.0m swimming pool, surrounded with a large patio area and beautiful gardens with unrivalled views of the mountains to the south and east and sea views to the north. The estate was built 4 years ago and the gardens are well established and very pretty. We have two styles of 2 bedroomed semi-detached villas with washing machine and air conditioning in all of them. There are several villas on the south side which have a large lounge, and American style kitchen and one twin bedroom and a shower/WC room on the ground floor They have a large double ensuite bedroom upstairs with its own private balcony overlooking the pool. On the other side of the pool with its wonderful sea views we have 2 villas side by side. They are very nicely furnished with one twin bedded room and one ensuite double bedroom downstairs and a shower/WC room also down here. Both of the bedrooms have their own balconies looking out onto the gardens. This brings the upstairs free for the large lounge and kitchen area to have its own balconies with the sea views all the way to Turkey.
