It is very conveniently placed within just 2-3 minutes walk of several really good restaurants and shops. With a large plunge pool, maintained by one of the best swimming pool companies in North Cyprus, surrounded by mature and pretty gardens. The large lounge has comfortable sofas and chairs, an open fireplace with log burning stove, TV and DVD player. The dining room has a large table and seating for 6. There is a large air conditioning unit for these rooms The well equipped kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer with drinks dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, full size cooker, toaster etc. A washing machine, iron etc are provided. The large main bedroom has a big double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and an air conditioning unit. The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted cupboards. Both rooms have patio doors out onto the sun/pool terrace, where there are sunbeds and a garden swing. The third bedroom has bunkbeds and looks out onto the garden. Both the second and third bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom situated between the bedrooms has a full size bath with shower fitments. There is shaded car port and an upper roof terrace. Another patio garden area reached from the kitchen door to give sun or shade on any side of the house. There are outside tables and chairs and sunbeds.
