The well equipped kitchen has a full size oven and a 4 burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, drinks dispenser and a very large American style fridge freezer. The large entrance hall has a full size cloakroom/wc. Stairs up to the bedroom floor and steps down to the utility room where the washing machine is kept. There is access from the utility room out to the garage, garden and pool deck. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and also access out to the seaward facing upper balcony. There is a bathroom with full size bath and shower on this floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and is ensuite with its own shower room. Two other bedrooms have twin single beds in each. All of the rooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps and are airconditioned.
