One of our largest homes with 4 bedrooms this villa is situated in the heart of Zeytinlik Village, where the famous Olive Festival is held every year. Just 5 minutes drive away from the centre of Kyrenia. The villa is next door to the bus route into Kyrenia and there are several shops and restaurants in the village making it an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and people who just want to amble around a Cypriot village. Built several years ago and recently refurbished the villa is detached in its own well established garden, there is a secluded, private swimming pool, with patio and sunbathing area. The unique facet of Dieu D`Amour is the Jacuzzi/spa hot tub situated on the roof of the house with its magnificent views, large enough to accommodate several people, and is heated for use in hot or cool days . Up here too is a barbecue and balcony area and glazed conservatory. There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedded room and one single bedroom. There is also a sofa bed, thus making 7 beds with the possibility of accommodating 2 further people. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The large lounge has satellite TV and an open fireplace, a second seating area and has lovely views of the mountains to the south and the sea to the north. Every room has shutters provided to the windows for shade and to give a through breeze. The kitchen is well equipped and has dishwasher and washing machine provided, full size cooker and table and chairs.
