	All the properties are personally managed by us and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. On your arrival the house will have been prepared with fresh bed linen, heating where necessary and some necessary food and drink to get you started on your first night. There is an information pack in every property and one of the family will call on your first morning to offer any help and information you might require. The villas with swimming pools are always in great demand and early booking is advised. In all cases a 20% deposit will be required, together with a refundable deposit against breakage’s etc. Some villas have telephones, which may be used for local calls and international calls can be received.
