Rental Contracts: At B's Hive, you will be provided with a fully comprehensive Tenancy Agreement that covers every aspect of your agreement. Everything is laid out in black and white with no gray areas in your agreement which may later cause confusion or issues. We ensure that our rental contracts offer clauses that protect our home owners and give you the peace of mind of being protected throughout the tenancy period.
Rental Tax Payments: The Turkish Republic of North Cyprus Tax Office requires all landlords to register their Rental Contracts at the Tax Office. This needs to be done within a certain period from the start of your Rental Contract and late registration leads to penalties. Upon registration, your Rental Contract is stamped, making it a legally binding contract, giving you protection, and allowing your expat tenants to apply for Residence Permits in North Cyprus.
Following registration, you are then required to pay 10% of your rental income as your Rental Tax - this can be paid in advance monthly, quarterly, yearly etc., however, you can only prepay your tax for the year you are in.

pay their utility bills on time, to avoid disconnections or accumulation. Furthermore,
with accounts in both the UK and TRNC, we can easily transfer your funds to your desired
bank account.
Tenant Management: Some owners live abroad and so can't always be there when tenants have problems or emergencies. Other owners are either busy with their work, children and other responsibilities or simply don't want to deal with the hassle of tenant management. Our aim is to find you long-term tenants that will give your property the care and attention that you would while you earn from your investment.
